The True Life Companies (TTLC) is a real estate firm in Denver that started raising capital through broker/dealers and RIAs in late 2020. TTLC engaged Marketing Intent mid-2021 to help them improve content. After seeing the impact of one brochure, TTLC broadened their scope of work with Marketing Intent. We serve as their capital markets marketing arm while their internal resources focus on the real estate side of their business.
TTLC was new to raising capital through broker/dealers and RIAs. As the firm was experiencing exceptional growth, TTLC found the amount and level of content they were producing needed to increase, but they did not have the internal resources with the bandwidth or experience to engage advisors.
We developed a content plan for TTLC as well as improved the infrastructure to distribute content. We also translated their complex investment strategy into easily understandable concepts and highlighted the competitive advantages.
The content and consistency of the marketing we’ve produced for TTLC has helped increase sales conversations as well as increase attendance for webinars and due diligence events. More advisors are engaging with TTLC content digitally. We’ve increased social media followers/engagement and improved email open and click-through rates to 50%+ and 5%+, respectively – well above industry standards of 20% and 1%.
